Delete my account and data
This erases everything Kindava holds about you. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What goes
- Every conversation, on the device and on our servers
- The summary Kindava wrote about you
- Your name, chosen voice and consent record
- Your devices, which become free for anyone to set up again
- Anyone you shared a device with loses access
- Your sign-in
Your Kindava device keeps working. It simply will not know you any more, and can be set up again by anyone.
Prefer to do this in the app? Open Kindava, tap Account, then Delete everything. It does exactly the same thing.

We ask you to sign in because we have no other way to be certain an account is yours — and erasing the wrong person's conversations is not a mistake we could put right.

Your account and everything held under it have been erased. There is no copy.
If you have a Kindava device, it is still working and can be set up again by anyone — it simply will not know you.
